ServeSafe includes teaching in the following areas: providing safe food, the microworld, contamination, food allergies, foodborne illness, safe foodhandler, purchasing and receiving safe food, keeping food safe in storage, protecting food during preparation, protecting food during service, principles of a HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) system and restaurant management.

TIPS training focuses on understanding guests behavioral cues as they consume alcohol, understanding blood alcohol content levels (BAC), proper identification procedures, intervening when a guest has had too much to drink and current Ohio liquor laws. TIPS certification can also reduce your liquor liability insurance. It is a must certification for those who wish to protect their business!
